At the annual Auto Team America CPA conference held in Denver in May; Greg Hoffman of Resources Management Group and Portfolio Group and Andy Weill presented on the impact of the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act on Auto Dealers’ reinsurance and participation programs.

The presentation’s focus was a guide for CPA’s and dealer advisors to understand the impact of the new tax law on all reinsurance structures including NCFC, CFC, Dealer Owned Warranty Companies, Retrospective commission programs and Self Retained risk structures.
